Tom McBroom has held management and director level positions for over 25 years in several industries including retail, financial services, dot coms, and multiple public sector organizations.  He’s been on both the business and the IT sides of the house and has hired literally hundreds of employees from the clerical level all the way up to the management level.  He currently holds an upper management IT position in a large (14,000 employee) health care-related organization.  For the past seven years he’s created various web sites and blogs devoted to helping people search for and land jobs and was even interviewed on the air by a New York City ratio station that was looking for expert job search advice.
