She has more than 12 years experience when it comes to interview coaching, hiring and executive search. The site aims to provide you with a fantastic resume which will help you rise above all other applicants. There are also a number of resources on the site which give general advice on forging a career.

Other Features
Another A Vita Career Distribution service is Interview Coaching. An enormous amount of applicants tend to make a mess of interviews and A Vita offers the help of their experts who promise to help you establish an immediate rapport with your interviewer and begin with a superb 30 second introduction. They claim to show you inside techniques that will help you land the job and effectively articulate the many reasons why you are the best choice. The packages on offer range from a basic Interview Techniques eBook ($12) to their Comprehensive Interview Tele-Coaching package ($325) which consists of a trio of 45 minute coaching sessions which includes branding strategy tips.
A Vita Career Development is also filled with a mountain of free information relating to resumes, personal development and interview techniques while also having a number of useful eBooks on offer. The site’s blog speaks about important issues relating to the employment world including the usefulness of online degrees. In fact, you could spend hours on the site without spending a single cent though the site is geared towards coercing customers into purchasing services.
Verdict
With so many different packages on offer, one wonders if the free content is particularly compelling. As you may expect, it contains nothing you wouldn’t find on other career development sites. Unsurprising when you consider that the goal of the site is naturally about profit. This is not meant as a criticism of A Vita but some of the pricing seems overly excessive. They will rightly argue that $199 is a small price to pay for securing employment but what if the visitor can’t afford such an expense? If he doesn’t have a job, this is a likely scenario. A Vita Career Management has plenty to offer, but only if you have the money to spend it seems.
Avita Career did a good job on my new resume. I’m really pleased with the wording and flow of the document. It’s got to seriously help with getting more interviews.
