In comes ZipRecruiter, an app that allows you to fill out a full profile and upload a general resume to be accessed by all employers. You can use this resume to apply to jobs, but there is also an option to answer job specific questions and submit additional files. Since ZipRecruiter claims every job receives a minimum of 100 applicants, it’s important to be able to personalize your application with additional information that proves you are right for the role. You can also set up job alert emails or notifications for you dream job. Simply fill out what you are looking for, including salary, location, and field.
